Perovskite nanocrystals (PeNCs) deliver size- and composition-tunable luminescence of high efficiency and color purity in the visible range. However, attaining efficient electroluminescence (EL) in the near-infrared (NIR) region from PeNCs is challenging, limiting their potential applications. Here we demonstrate a highly efficient NIR light-emitting diode (LED) by doping ytterbium ions into a PeNCs host (Yb3+ : PeNCs), extending the EL wavelengths toward 1000 nm, which is achieved through a direct sensitization of Yb3+ ions by the PeNC host. Efficient quantum-cutting processes enable high photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQYs) of up to 126 % from the Yb3+ : PeNCs. Through halide-composition engineering and surface passivation to improve both PLQY and charge-transport balance, we demonstrate an efficient NIR LED with a peak external quantum efficiency of 7.7 % at a central wavelength of 990 nm, representing the most efficient perovskite-based LEDs with emission wavelengths beyond 850 nm. 相似文献

How to transfer industrial exhaust gases of nitrogen oxides into high-values product is significantly important and challenging. Herein, we demonstrate an innovative method for artificial synthesis of essential α-amino acids from nitric oxide (NO) by reacting with α-keto acids through electrocatalytic process with atomically dispersed Fe supported on N-doped carbon matrix (AD-Fe/NC) as the catalyst. A yield of valine with 32.1 μmol mgcat−1 is delivered at −0.6 V vs. reversible hydrogen electrode, corresponding a selectivity of 11.3 %. In situ X-ray absorption fine structure and synchrotron radiation infrared spectroscopy analyses show that NO as nitrogen source converted to hydroxylamine that promptly nucleophilic attacked on the electrophilic carbon center of α-keto acid to form oxime and subsequent reductive hydrogenation occurred on the way to amino acid. Over 6 kinds of α-amino acids have been successfully synthesized and gaseous nitrogen source can be also replaced by liquid nitrogen source (NO3−). Our findings not only provide a creative method for converting nitrogen oxides into high-valued products, which is of epoch-making significance towards artificial synthesis of amino acids, but also benefit in deploying near-zero-emission technologies for global environmental and economic development. 相似文献

Bacteria infection is a significant obstacle in the clinical treatment of exposed wounds facing widespread pathogens. Herein, we report a DNA origami-based bactericide for efficient anti-infection therapy of infected wounds in vivo. In our design, abundant DNAzymes (G4/hemin) can be precisely organized on the DNA origami for controllable generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) to break bacterial membranes. After the destruction of the membrane, broad-spectrum antibiotic levofloxacin (LEV, loaded in the DNA origami through interaction with DNA duplex) can be easily delivered into the bacteria for successful sterilization. With the incorporation of DNA aptamer targeting bacterial peptidoglycan, the DNA origami-based bactericide can achieve targeted and combined antibacterial therapy for efficiently promoting the healing of infected wounds. This tailored DNA origami-based nanoplatform provides a new strategy for the treatment of infectious diseases in vivo. 相似文献

Fiber lithium-ion batteries represent a promising power strategy for the rising wearable electronics. However, most fiber current collectors are solid with vastly increased weights of inactive materials and sluggish charge transport, thus resulting in low energy densities which have hindered the development of fiber lithium-ion batteries in the past decade. Here, a braided fiber current collector with multiple channels was prepared by multi-axial winding method to not only increase the mass fraction of active materials, but also to promote ion transport along fiber electrodes. In comparison to typical solid copper wires, the braided fiber current collector hosted 139 % graphite with only 1/3 mass. The fiber graphite anode with braided current collector delivered high specific capacity of 170 mAh g−1 based on the overall electrode weight, which was 2 times higher than that of its counterpart solid copper wire. The resulting fiber battery showed high energy density of 62 Wh kg−1. 相似文献

The inhibition of tyrosinase is considered to be a common therapeutic strategy for some hyperpigmentation disorders. Screening of tyrosinase inhibitors is of great significance to the treatment of pigmentation diseases. In this study, tyrosinase was covalently immobilized on magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotubes for the first time, and the immobilized tyrosinase was applied for ligand fishing of tyrosinase inhibitors from complex medicinal plants. The immobilized tyrosinase was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, and thermo-gravimetric analyzer, which indicated that tyrosinase was immobilized onto magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The immobilized tyrosinase showed better thermal stability and reusability than the free one. The ligand was fished out from Radix Paeoniae Alba and identified as 1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloylglucose by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight high-resolution mass spectrometry. 1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloylglucose was found to be a tyrosinase inhibitor with similar half maximal inhibitory concentration values of 57.13 ± 0.91 μM compared to kojic acid (41.96 ± 0.78 μM). This work not only established a new method for screening tyrosinase inhibitors but also holds considerable potential for exploring the new medicinal value of medicinal plants. 相似文献

Bionic acoustic sensors are an indispensable part to realize interactions between humans and robotics. In this work, a PVDF-TrFE sensor array with multiple active pixels combined with a 3D-printed bionic ear model is prepared, which can accurately detect sounds with different frequencies and locate the sound source from different directions. The PVDF-TrFE sensor array can clearly identify the sound within 25 cm, and the error between the accepted sound frequency and the original input frequency is less than 0.001%. Through the algorithm analysis of the input signal, the location of the sound source can be immediately analyzed. Compared with other acoustic sensors, this sensor has the advantages of being self-powered, small size, and high flexibility, which holds great potential for bionic applications. 相似文献

近年来,光催化CO2还原被视为一种既能解决能源短缺又能减少温室气体,改善人类生存环境的绿色新型技术.然而,由于CO2气体的相对稳定性,构建高催化活性和高选择性的催化体系仍然面临着巨大挑战.锌硫镉固溶体作为一种廉价的固溶类材料,具有吸光范围适宜、化学性质稳定以及能带结构可调控等特点,在光催化还原CO2的方面表现出巨大的潜力.本文发展了一种简单的原位自组装法合成三维分等级花状结构的Cd0.8Zn0.2S,主要包括Cd^2+和Zn^2+离子在含硫氛围下自组装成核状前体,然后以柠檬酸钠作为形貌诱导剂进一步组装生长,同时控制Cd2+/Zn2+摩尔比和反应时间以实现三维分等级花状Cd0.8Zn0.2S的合成.结果表明,三维分等级花状结构的Cd0.8Zn0.2S在光催化还原CO2的过程中表现出优异的催化活性和稳定性.其中,在光照3 h后,CO产量达到41.4μmol g^?1,大约是相同光照条件下Cd0.8Zn0.2S纳米颗粒的三倍(14.7μmol g^?1).此外,三维分等级花状结构的Cd0.8Zn0.2S在光催化过程中展现出对光催化产物CO的较高选择性(89.9%),其中在没有任何牺牲剂或共催化剂作用下的TON为39.6.太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)表明,这种三维分等级花状结构的Cd0.8Zn0.2S相较于Cd0.8Zn0.2S纳米颗粒更有利于对光的吸收,从而提高对光的有效利用率.原位漫反射傅立叶变化红外光谱表征分析揭示了三维分等级花状结构的Cd0.8Zn0.2S在光催化过程中表面吸附物质以及光催化还原中间体的存在及转化.通过实验数据和理论机理预测表明,该种三维分等级花状结构的Cd0.8Zn0.2S具有较高的电流密度和较好的载流子传输能力.基于这种三维的花状结构,使得Cd0.8Zn0.2S具有较大的比表面积和吸附位点,进一步提升体系的CO2吸附性能和光生电子的转移效率,从而有效提高光催化CO2还原的活性. 相似文献

The effect of gold nanoparticle-decorated molybdenum sulfide (AuNP-MoS2) nanocomposites on amyloid-β-40 (Aβ40) aggregation was investigated. The interesting discovery was that the effect of AuNP-MoS2 nanocomposites on Aβ40 aggregation was contradictory. Low concentration of AuNP-MoS2 nanocomposites could enhance the nucleus formation of Aβ40 peptides and accelerate Aβ40 fibrils aggregation. However, although high concentration of AuNP-MoS2 nanocomposites could enhance the nucleus formation of Aβ40 peptides, it eventually inhibited Aβ40 aggregation process. It might be attributed to the interaction between AuNP-MoS2 nanocomposites and Aβ40 peptides. For low concentration of AuNP-MoS2 nanocomposites, it was acted as nuclei, resulting in the acceleration of the nucleation process. However, the structural flexibility of Aβ40 peptides was limited as the concentration of AuNP-MoS2 nanocomposites was increased, resulting in the inhibition of Aβ40 aggregation. These findings suggested that AuNP-MoS2 nanocomposites might have a great potential to design new multifunctional material for future treatment of amyloid-related diseases. 相似文献

A series of 9-borafluorene derivatives, functionalised with electron-donating groups, have been prepared. Some of these 9-borafluorene compounds exhibit strong yellowish emission in solution and in the solid state with relatively high quantum yields (up to 73.6 % for FMesB-Cz as a neat film). The results suggest that the highly twisted donor groups suppress charge transfer, but the intrinsic photophysical properties of the 9-borafluorene systems remain. The new compounds showed enhanced stability towards the atmosphere, and exhibited excellent thermal stability, revealing their potential for application in materials science. Organic light-emitting diode (OLED) devices were fabricated with two of the highly emissive compounds, and they exhibited strong yellow-greenish electroluminescence, with a maximum luminance intensity of >22 000 cd m−2. These are the first two examples of 9-borafluorene derivatives being used as light-emitting materials in OLED devices, and they have enabled us to achieve a balance between maintaining their intrinsic properties while improving their stability. 相似文献
